  • Payment:

A deposit of 20 % of the total amount is required when a booking is made, the rest will be paid just before 20 days of arrival , and the rest, shall be paid before departure. payment can be made by Credit card or Bank transfers.

  • Payment tools:

Cash or Credit cards.

  • Destinations details:
  1. Syria ,Jordan and Lebanon .for Hotels bookings.
  2. Individual and groups Tours.
  3. All kind of Excursions and Tours around the three countries and their cities.
  • Cancellation policy:

Cancellation made 20 days before arrival only the deposit will not be refund.

Cancellation made between the 20 and 10 Days before arrival 25% will be paid (including the deposit ).

Cancellation made between 10 and 05 days before arrival 50% will be paid.

Cancellation made 5 days before arrival 75% will be paid.

  • Modifications:

clients can modify their program or tour when it is possible to change hotels and after contacting us to facilitate the modification requested.
