Jour 02 : Visite toute la journée de Damas: Mosquée Tekkiyeh, Musée National, Souk al-Hamidiyeh, Mosquée Omeyyade, le Palais Azem, le Mausolée de Saladin, et les quartiers chrétiens de Bab Touma et Bab Sharqi. Nuit à Damas.

Day 01: Arrival Damascus: Arrival at Damascus Airport at 00.55 after midnight. The personal of Halabia Travel will be waiting at the reception with a flower for each person. Swiftly the collective visa will be arranged at the airport upon arrival of the group. Transfer by bus to Ebla Cham Palace 5* (15 minutes from the airport), a very nice 5* hotel with big rooms which is more luxurious than Damascus Cham palace (central). At the hotel, we will offer a welcome drink and directly to a small and light dinner. During this time luggage will be distributed on all rooms.
Day 02 : Damascus-Palmyra: After an open buffet breakfast, check-out the hotel 15 minutes drive by bus to the old city of Damascus. Visit Azem Palace, then Umayyad Mosque and walk inside the souks and the old city of Damascus. Lunch, Typical and oriental open buffet (all different dishes from Damascus kitchen, at Umayyad Palace Restaurant or a similar one (we will decide it after your inspection). After lunch, departure by bus to Palmyra (230 km). In midway a nice stop by Baghdad Café where we will take tea and coffee by Bedouins. Expected arrival to Palmyra at 16.30-17.00. We still have 3 hours before sunset. We will start visiting both kinds of tombs: underground and tower. By sunset the group will enjoy an open bar at the citadel of Palmyra overlooking all the area inside and outside Palmyra. For the dinner at Bel Temple: it depends on the weather that day. If it is windy or dusty…..If the weather is OK, the table will be prepared in front of the cella in the quiet centre of the Temple; food will be offered inside the cella and slowly we take the dinner of local buffet in the open air with some candles around us and many stars on the sky ( a complete Bedouin dress ,Gellabiyeh and Head scarf will be offered for each person men and women for the ambience). An alternative is to have the aperitif at Bel temple followed by a dinner in a Bedouin tent with Bedouin dance and music, some km outside Palmyra. (the overnight and more details will be decided during your inspection)
Day 03 : Palmyra-Aleppo: Breakfast open buffet at the hotel. Check-out and drive by bus through the charming landscape to Aleppo (320 km) via Hama where we can have a short stop by the Norias (the old roman waterwheels), then go on to Aleppo. Expected arrival in Aleppo 13.00-13.30. Lunch will be at one of the old houses of Aleppo where typical food from Aleppo will be served. After the lunch, excursion to St Simeon with a selection of old cars (Mercedes, Oldsmobile, Pontiac…..). Visit of the Roman Road, Deir Samaan and by sunset we will end the day at St Simeon with an open bar. Back to Aleppo, check-in at the hotel a little rest then all the group will go to Hammam Yalbugha to take bath and dinner in the Hammam with music and belly dance finished by smoking water-pipe in the typical street café facing the citadel. (Each person from the group will receive a complete water-pipe as a gift.)
Day 04 : Aleppo-Damascus-Damascus Airport: Breakfast open buffet then visit the citadel, the souks and old caravanserais. Lunch at Beit Wakil Restaurant or Sissi House. After Lunch departure to Damascus (by bus or aero plane). Upon arrival to Damascus. Check-in at the hotel Damascus Cham Palace (central). Farewell dinner at one of the restaurants I will show you during the inspection with dervishes and folkloric show followed by water pipe. (Each person will receive a box of local sweeties) Then Back to the hotel for check-out and transfer to Damascus Airport for departure.
